Oftentimes, when one is experiencing relationship issues, personal problems, problems with work or school or other social situations the underlying issue may be related to stress, anxiety, depression, or low-self-esteem. By understanding how and why these issues manifest themselves one can begin to take charge of their own life. I will work as a guide to help you make the changes you desire. I believe healing and growth are attainable through the collaborative process of therapy.
The methods of counseling I use are Client Centered (Existential-Humanistic), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family Systems Therapy. I also include relaxation, visualization and talk therapies. I tend to be active in the therapy process but I will rely on you to set the direction of therapy.
